“Anyone who wants to learn more about the food they eat and find better ways to eat well should work with Charlee L. Moore, Ph.D. Charlee takes the mystery out of reading food labels and explains easy ways to identify good foods. Her comparison of the food pyramids of other nations highlights the need to shift into a healthier diet that does not emphasize proteins. She has a solid knowledge of nutrition and the politics of food in America. And she is a delight to work with. How I eat and shop for food has been totally impacted by taking her course.”
